Really good Service and Facilities
attentive staffhelpful featuredated decor
i found the staff to be genuinely great to my needs. the spa facilities were a welcome addition to my stay and allowed for great relaxation. i also appreciated the water taps near my room that provided both still and sparkling water. the hotel utilizes whatsapp to communicate with guests, a feature i found especially helpful.
I observed that the shower barely worked and leaked. the decor in my room was somewhat dated. this issue slightly detracted from the overall quality of my visit and requires attention. addressing these maintenance concerns would enhance the guest experience.

The team demonstrated genuine care and went beyond directing me. They actively helped to find a suitable solution. the staff at the pro shop were very helpful in sorting out golf details prior to my break, ensuring a smooth start.

bel was very kind and asked good questions. i felt more comfortable because we had a little laugh before my treatments started.
the hotel pool had limited times for under 16s. the bar area was noisy with people drinking after golf. i don't think its very family friendly.

I found the pool and gym to be very well maintained and not overcrowded. It was easy to get a good workout. the courses were in excellent condition, i saw staff working to ensure they stayed that way. the bar area was bright and pleasant
